About Saint Luke’s Food as Medicine Everyday Program:
Poor food choices can lead to the development of chronic diseases, such as heart disease, Type II diabetes, and some cancers. Food as Medicine Everyday (FAME) is an evidence-based nutrition education program that teaches participants to make food choices that nourish the body instead of harming it. FAME offers a variety of hands-on classes that teach simple techniques to cook tasty and healthy meals.
