Meet Our Social Worker

Assisted living residents have a dedicated social worker who focuses solely on their needs. Our social workers develop a close relationship with each resident and work closely with the nursing staff to create a personalized care plan. They are able to anticipate each resident’s needs, and they work with residents and their family members to ensure those needs are met.
