2015 Bishop’s Benefit
The 2015 Bishop’s Benefit kicked off our 20th anniversary celebrations by honoring Bishop John C. Buchanan – Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of West Missouri from 1989-1999 and integral driving force in the development of Bishop Spencer Place. BSP Board Chair Bishop Martin S. Field served as master of ceremonies for the special evening, which raised funds for benevolent care and featured a gourmet dinner accompanied by UMKC’s 11 O’Clock Jazz Band under the direction of Dan Thomas.
