Jim Heeter engaged BSP residents in a civic discourse regarding timely issues of our beloved Kansas City. Mr. Heeter is president and CEO of the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, following a distinguished career as a local attorney and past president of the KC Metro Bar Association.
